Availability of the products may change anytime.

Every order received on our online store is acceptive and available.

Transaction can only take place using our secure payment gateways.

We have the right to lock or reject any order made as a result of any errors, suspected fraud, and unavailability of any product.

4.Shipping & Delivery

We aim to deliver products within the estimated timelines provided, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping costs and applicable taxes will be displayed during checkout.

The buyer acquires the risk of loss when it is delivered.

5.Returns & Replacement

Your satisfaction is important to us. You can request a replacement by emailing the details of the items on info@x-xonier.cm, provided the item has not been used and is still in its original product packaging and upon production of valid proof of purchase in case the exchange is desired. We do not provide refunds, though.

After inspection and approval, a replacement will be issued. Custom/Discounted products cannot be exchanged.

6.Intellectual Property

This site involved the use of all content, designs, images, logos, and texts, the property of X-Xonier, copyrighted by law.

Its use, duplication, and sharing without its approval is prohibited.

7.Limitation of Liability

X-Xonier will not be liable directly, indirectly, incidentally, or otherwise for any damages as a result of using our site or our products.
